INGRADIENTS:-

For shake

Papaya:-250 gm

Milk:- 190 ml

ice cream : 4 Scope.

ice cube :-5-10

cardamom:- 1 pinch.

FOR TOOPING AND DECORATION

Cashewnut:, Raisin , cheery, Tutty Frutty, graded coconut , etc.

Process of making papaya shake .

1: First collect all the ingradients .

2: Now wash and peel the papaya and cut into small dices.

3: Now in mixer take papaya dices , ice cube , vanilla ice cream , cardamom powder and griend it well,

4: Now pour the shake into the glass and decorate the shake with dryfruit.

5:- Serve immedietly or keep in refrigrator.
