Now for tempering, first of all finely chop the green chillies and ginger. Now take a pan and put ghee in it and when the ghee becomes hot, add asafoetida, then add chopped ginger and chillies and fry well until it turns brown, then add it to the chaat and temper it. Now mash the ragda chaat well and cook it for 7-8 minutes, then cover it and keep it for further processing. Tomato chutney :- Also can use this chutney:- dates and taramind chutney 1:- To make tomato chutney, first take tomatoes and ginger. Will chop both of them well. Now take a pan and put oil in it, when the oil becomes hot, then add asafoetida and ginger and cook it well, now adnd chopped tomatoes, Kashmiri red chili powder, vinegar, salt, sugar, and water and cook it. 2:- When the tomato is cooked well, then grind it well with the help of a hand blender or mixer. 3:- Now filter the blended tomato chutney, cover it and keep it for further.
