How to make cake sponge using concentrate
RECIPE:
INGRADIENTS :
Sugar: 500 gm
Water: 615 gm
Cake gel : 40 gm
Flour: 615 gm
Chocolate concentrate : 130 gm
Oil: 60 gm
PROCESS OF MAKING :
1. First of all , put sugar and water in a stand mixer and stire it with normal speed untill the sugar dissolves.
2. Now when the sugar is dissolves , put cake gel in it and run it on normal speed for 2 to 3 minutes.
3: Now we will put All purpose flour and concentrate in it. And mix it on slow to high speed for 3 to 4 minutes .
4: Now in the last add oilto it and mix it on normal speed for 1 minutes.
5: Now fill it in greased mold as per your requirements.
6: Now bake it in preheated oven at 175 dgree celcius for 20 to 25 minutes .
